🌮 The Featured Taco: Short Rib Taco

There's no better way to welcome fall than with something warm, savory, and a little indulgent. The Short Rib Taco layers braised short rib on a corn tortilla, finished with chipotle aioli, jalapeño, onion, radish, and a crown of crispy sweet potato strings.

It's rich, tender, and packed with flavor — the perfect match for cool nights, good company, and a cold drink.

🍸 The Featured Cocktail: Hocus Pocus

Inspired by the Sanderson sisters (and maybe a few too many rewatches of the movie), the Hocus Pocus is a mezcal-based cocktail with just the right amount of magic.

Crafted with mezcal, Midori melon, lemon, simple syrup, and sparkling water, this potion glows green and comes topped with a purple rock candy wand. It's sweet, smoky, and a total showstopper — made to sip, snap, and share.
